"This is a nightmare hotel. They dont have confortable mattreses, no hot water in the mornings, towels literaly ripped and stained. The staff are a gang of rude venezuelan people. You have just 10 min to take the breakfast, because they dont have enough tables for all guest. You better pay a little bit more and you get something confortable for your stay."

It was like sleeping in a sofa-bed type of mattress, thin. 2- Hot water wasn’t constant… 3- No AC, even tho it was a 18th floor… the only ventilation was if you open the windows (2 small ones) which was okay at night but you can hear all the noise and honking noise all night and morning 4- The toilet was clogged and there was no overnight service to attend the situation. Would I stay there again? No"

Usually they would not allow someone to have their television in high volumes. But for the past 2 hours(630pm) today 4/26/2024 this had been the case.
