"Check in and check out was a breeze. Hotel amenities were so-so. Room was basic but clean. AC, hot water, smart tv were working. Wifi was a bit slow. Food at the hotel’s restaurant was great but pricey. The kids enjoyed the pool. Other than that there’s nothing else to do. So the place is great for an overnight trip out of town just to get away from the city but longer than that, maybe nah"

"El lugar es súper bonito. el restaurante solo abre de viernes a domingo. Es complicado llegar ahí porque la calle está muy complicada de subir. Le decíamos la licuadora porque bajábamos y subíamos mareados. No hay staff sin embargo atienden muy rápido el teléfono si algo se llegara a complicar. Es básicamente como un airbnb. "Loved the place & I would come to stay again BUT only if I had a jeep or truck, sadly wrecked my car getting there! It was straight up off road to get there! You HAVE to have a Jeep or truck to get there without an issue. It suck’s it’s one of the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Valle but hard to get to.
