"First let me say Marie in customer service was great. But when we first arrived into unit. Could not get into bathroom door locked from inside. Got inside and there was no toilet paper, or hot water, towels. Had to rent towels. I played with propane thing and got hot water.( did call emergency number received no answer)Thank goodness we had our own toilet paper. Went to turn heat on for bed no heat. Maintenance fixed in morning. Went to cook dinner that night no propane to stove. Gave up at that...
