"Mega liebevoll und leckeres Essen"

"En general todo bien. Solo el agua no estaba muy caliente"

"Nice hostal"

"Comido y buena ubicación"

"We were contacted by the host via Whats App. We did not speak Spanish well, nor did our hosts. We used a translate app to communicate. A wonderful, tiny town accessible only by a dirt, windy, hilly, mountainous road. Family made us a beautiful egg omlete breakfast with fruit and juice. Ecuador does not have a coffee culture like the states, there was no coffee at this place. We had a barley tea brew in the morning. When we arrived, tired after driving from Cotopaxi, our host made us hot water...

"They are not prepared to host a solo traveler. A locked gate that does not allow freedom of entry and exit to the premises Electricity and lighting were sporatic. Water had to be turned on exteriorally and did not work in the morning. No water, no shower, hard to even brush me teeth. Need to read a manual on simple hosting basics! After an hour of waiting, we were offered to go to our room: a shared room with the other travelers ahead of us in line. This was...

"I think it is the best accomodation at Quilotoa. Electric heating in room. Room and restaurant ok. "

"Great place, only like 300 m from the Quilotoa Lake (Expedia staff please correct your highly inaccurate info). Good food, great staff. However, you have to speak Spanish as I believe no one speaks English here. Hey it is Ecuador so get used to it. Can't wait to get back. "
