"Budget motel with small room, without much facilities at high price. Maybe it was Pfingsten! The single beds were quite small but maybe the standard in France. The window cannot be tilt, therefore it cannot be opened while keeping the room dark. It was so hot on the hallway like max heating was turned on. Also very warm in the bathroom although nothing was on. The shower cabin was very small."

"Gated free parking. Windows in room can be opened which is important to get ventilation in these times. Reception closes at 9pm so a contact-free check in is possible if you use the machine after this time! Bed comfortable and big. Toiletries in bathroom are good. Staff very friendly and wearing masks"

"We were traveling by bicycle and the lady at the reception told us to leave our bicycles there for them to be safe. We wanted to leave at 6am and the whole place was closed and reception locked from the inside with no way to retrieve our bikes. We called their mobile numbers and were told no one could help we would have to wait 3h until 9am... Very poor service when we told the lady at reception we didn't want breakfast because we were leaving very early at 6am and even asked where we could...

"Everything about this hotel was good. It was a short distance to the old town of Auray. We booked it because if our good experience at the Brit Hotel in Caen. "

"The room was small and basic. The bathroom was small but newly refurbished. No air con. No drinking water in room. The photographs project an image that does not manifest when you stay. If you see a picture of a pool it does not exist. It is from another hotel nearby. Were not told if able to use. Breakfast badic. Overallover priced for what you got."

"We stayed for 3 nights in Sept 13. As always rooms in French hotels are basic and without tea making facilities. However the room was clean and the bed was very comfy. The food was pricey but excellent, all home made and it was obvious that a great deal of time had been spent in its preparation. The location is surrounded by good beaches and the area is good for cycling and walking. Many good cafes etc serving excellent sea food. We will certainly stay here again."

"Superb family run hotel with so many extra touches that made it a really special stay. Brollys at the entrances for guests use (I needed that one day and as a cyclist not something I’d packed! There was lovely homely feel in the reception area with books surrounding a comfy sofa, low light and coffee table. "We used this hotel as a stop over on way home from holiday so did not need much but still felt disappointed as hotel is tired and room was very tardy. The rooms do not have air conditioning which is fine but absolutely no drinks or tea/coffee making facilities and when I asked for coffee downstairs we were charged even though we paid €80+ for stay."
