The staff were amazing! They are so kind, polite and friendly. They make the place feel like home and they do their best to help you with anything and everything!!! The room and everything else was great as well. It is in a walkable distance from the Cologne Cathedral and the shopping area which is convenient. We are coming back again whenever we visit Cologne.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Location is great. Close to shops and the Cathedral. Would definitely go back and recommend. (No a complaint, just a comment for other guests: If you are looking for a large room with a lot of space, this may not be your best choice, at least based on the room we had. But there is an inviting place downstairs, near the reception, where guests can hang out.)
