"Two minutes walk from Bristol railway station. Cleanliness of room excellent, breakfast constantly topped up. On upper floor, no traffic noise though overlooking main road. No corridor noise, comfortable room. Just one issue, only one lift for the whole of the building, we had to walk up and downstairs several times."

"Nice area, few minute walk to the train station which was great as I was alone and felt safe walking back at night. Room was very basic but clean and had everything I needed for the night. Staff were lovely and let me check in early on request. Car park out back was free but not a lot of spaces so it’s first come first served however I did see a car park nearby by you could pay for. Came for a concert in Cardiff which was perfect with the easy access via train and miles cheaper than Cardiff...

"Perfect accommodation for our needs. Two refurbed doubles were big and good with en suite. The twin room was small and bathroom not en suite, should be priced a lot cheaper. No facilities for breakfast in the morning although lidl a 4 min drive"

"Annabelle’s house was comfortable and in a great location. My room was clean and beds were comfortable. Very close to the train station and all the stores. On the weekends it is loud at night due to noise from the bar that is on the same street. But overall I really didn’t have any trouble sleeping and I appreciated the free breakfast! "

"Our lodge was amazing there was plenty of room for 4 adults and the lodge can accommodate 6 although only 4 people can sit at the dining table inside. The hot tub was ready for use when we arrived and self check in was easy. Amanda who came to check the hot tub was very friendly and helpful. Please note the lodge has underfloor heating so the wall heaters aren’t required and the hot water seems to be regulated from the thermostat in the kitchen. There is also a lovely little patio area at the back (although unfortunately the weather wasn't nice enough to enjoy it) The owner is also very responsive with getting back to any messages Slight negatives - access code wasn't sent in advance (although they did reply immediately when I messaged to request it).
