"The room was so hot whereas the communal areas were cool and air conditioned. We had a lot of ants in our room. Due to the heat we all slept badly.
The staff were however lovely and very helpful with our onward travel."
"The rooms and the beds are very small but very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and impressively navigated several jobs at once in three languages. The location off the highway is convenient for driving but you can’t walk anywhere from the hotel because there are no sidewalks and it is a busy street. You have to make a reservation ahead of time if you want dinner there. It is pet friendly but no place to walk your dog."
"We arrived by car after a long trip and was greeted by the front desk staff and was able to easily transfer our luggage to the Casa although even temporary parking outside the front door was a bit of a struggle. Was able to take advantage of the 2 day parking discount at the main underground lot. The room was great, nice balcony, 2 blocks from the seawall and an easy 10 minute walk to the main Playa. Loved it and would come again in a heartbeat!"
