"Staff was courteous and helpful. Room was clean except for hair ring in drain of shower. No complaints about anything else. You get what you pay for. Good deal fpr a short stay after a Chiefs game."

"Room was not stocked up and no one came to clean during our stay the toilet clogged and after telling the staff no one was sent to get it to drain when I tried to see why I found several syringes in the reservoir of the toilet also advised staff about it and was told to simply just leave them alone and don't touch them "

"It was great it was convenient literally close to everything in Kansas City especially coming from texas. The only thing that I had a issue was the windows it was blocked with a piece of wood and if you have smaller kids which mine are still small they are 12 and 8 they don't really focus on Windows and focus more on Nintendo switches I would be really concerned of that I hope they fix it soon just because it can be a hazard for any family to have small children and they like to jump or flying other than that it was great for my family we appreciate it the breakfast was great and all was good !"
