"Room was clean, nicely updated. Only issue was bath soap was not refilled before stay. Breakfast options were decent. Could have offered sausage or bacon with the eggs and potatoes. No waffles as the machine was out of order. Had to ask for more towels at the pool when we got there. Didn’t think the hotel was quite that busy. Otherwise great stay. "

"The equipment in the gym was broken. Many dumbells were missing. The floor was dirty and there were no yoga mats. Our room was never cleaned during our 4 day visit. The water pressure in the shower was low and sometimes the temperatures were too cool. The front desk clerk was hardly ever visible. At times, the hallways and lobby smelled like pot. There was a homeless person sleeping in the lobby on one day and he tried to say he was using our meeting room. Our group leader, I think, ended up talking to the front desk and the person was gone after that."

"Coming from out of town to arrive up to what looked and felt like a college dorm was terrible! The bedding and pillows were awful, the floors were filthy, and the light switch by the front door controls the lamps by the bed!!! Price should’ve been way cheaper "

"The staff was great and accommodating. Just need to update the appliance( microwave), toilet, and vent in the bathroom and add shower curtain liners for the showers. "
