"Our stay at this Hampton was for 5 days 4 nights. The room when we entered was clean pretty much spotless. We did not have daily service cuz we were staying there for a period of time but we did need another round of towels which I had asked the cleaning service for and they were happy to provide. Access to the building was controlled by either a card or you could download the app to get in so everything and that point was pretty much secure so at all times we did feel safe. "All was great except someones choice of desk chairs. I assume they are similiar in all rooms. I am referring to the green desk chair in room 313. Hard chair, heavy, and very uncomfortable to sit in, if not on the bed for a long period. My suggestion is to replace. Staff was great."

"I really enjoy staying at Tru by Hilton because I like the room design and the hotel in general. The staff, Lauren in particular, are friendly, helpful, and professional. I have to say however, that I was disappointed when I arrived to find dog hair on the laminate floor. Also, despite a small sign in the room that said that towels will be replaced and beds made every other day, i had to request fresh bath towels on my 3rd day of my 4 day stay because no one had been in to freshen the room....
