"First, the level of communication and correspondence I got from booking this property was piss poor. I did get barrages of messages for different things. From verifying my identity to being charged different fees to being bugged with different messages saying I have to check in between 4pm and 7pm anything after that, I will get charged £60 extra. They'd stated they charge an additional deposit of £750 but charged a deposit of £500 and extra £75 for the hot tub, which they refused to refund even...

"A very different experience, a shame it was November so the weather wasn't great, but still a great experience. Would definately recommend flip flops for the bus stop showers, as that floor was a tad painful. And a shame the shower with a view had suffered in the last freeze, would be great in summer. Will consider a revisit in warmer weather if we need a place to stay in the area in the future."

"The place was really nice, we stayed at the top yurt with an amazing view. Hot showers and a flushing toilet near by as well. The kids had a great time with chickens walking around the the trails on the ground. Not an issue, but just confirm if you need to take bedding, we got two messages that first thought it was included then the seconds looked like it wasnt. It was, we brought duvets and pillows we didnt need though, our fault, just be aware."

"Upon arrival we noticed a smell in the corridors, the carpet was filthy. By the time we got to our room the smell was worse, when we entered our room it was as though we were entering a dogs bed. We purchased some air freshener which made little difference, the bathroom smelt of urine. One of the wall sockets was hanging off and the fan that was provided was filthy dirty. I know the hotel is advertised as pet friendly but why does this mean that everyone else has to suffer the smell of other...

"My son and I had a lovely couple of nights at the lodge. The park was peaceful and beautiful with all the trees around. My son enjoyed using the pool and the playground. The lodge was well equipped with plenty of plates, cups, pans, cutlery etc. Bedding and towels are charged extra, which I didn’t realise until after booking, but worth it for not having the hassle of making up beds. The lodge was spotlessly clean in every room. The welcome gifts were much appreciated after our journey. ...

"For anyone wanting to "get away from it all" this provides a unique opportunity. No phone signal and no internet in the area where the Shepherd huts are situated provides perfect peace. The accommodation is absolutely beautiful, and superbly functional, everything you need is here. In an area which is very close to the Beacons National Park, close enough for access and far enough away from the "beaten tourist path" to offer solitude and peace and quiet. The local town of Llangadog offers places...

"WOW, what an amazing property. Very modern, clean, warm and comfortable. Filled with everything you could need. The welcome pack and handed painted, hand written card was a classy touch.
