"Staying at Quito Airpport Suite is really convenient because of how close it is to the airport, and I appreciated how Dom arranged for a taxi to pick me up (even when my flight was delayed). The room was clean and simple, and the only drawback was the noise from the airplanes and road nearby. I suggest bringing earplugs for a good sleep!"

It took the lady an hour to find my reservation. There was always loud music playing late at night and sometimes the owner’s kid would cry a lot."

Immediately upon arriving (after a long journey) I found there to be no hot water in the shower. This was not fixed for 24hrs. I also expected the staff to be more friendly/community focused however this was not the case. I was never invited to the whatsapp group even though I requested to be added and ultimately, will never stay at a selina again. Hostels provide a much better hostel...

"Unusually they did not have a record of my reservation online so they wanted me to pay again which was difficult to figure out as no one there spoke English. He did make a call and settled things and overall the staff tried to be very helpful. They had a small garage for my car and the location was convenient for walking.
