"My family spent 2 lovely nights in Ashford here. The home was immaculately clean, beds comfortable, too many niceties and conveniences to name them all. Outdoor space was beautiful, with so much to do. Kids loved the loft area, stocked with new books and games … they stayed there the whole time. We were just minutes from the Mt Rainier entrance, by leaving at 7 AM, we were able to find parking in the main lot at Paradise before 8 AM. "We are very happy with our stay. The cabin is quite large and has nice king size beds. The toys were a hit with the toddlers. The hot tub was a hit with the adults. The game room was a nice bonus. Very nice full kitchen. I would stay again. Only negative I can mention is that there were old burgers left on the gas grill from previous visitors."

"The house was adorable on the inside and had everything we needed. I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of some safety issues with the stairs. The steep stairs to the attic lack a handrail and the older members of our family didn't feel comfortable going up there. I was nervous about our 2 kids going up and down those stairs as well. The 2 sets of steps leading from the kitchen and dining room into the living room are scary too. The second step is short and the edge is curved making it...

The only slight downfall is the nicest bathroom is on the main level without the bedrooms. But, overall, would recommend this space for a good home base for visiting the national park. "
