"Good in everything except that room had no hot water. Tried calling front desk and no phone in the room either. Called front desk from my cell phone and notified receptionist, receptionist came to the room and checked for herself that there was no hot water. Receptionist left and after a while my husband went to the front desk to check what they were doing to solve the issue. Receptionist told my husband somebody will come to the room to check again.
