I liked that the room was clean, friendly staff, breakfast was always on point and the outdoor pool was awesome! No complaints at all! We would ask for more towels and the response was always sure and never you are limited. The staff was great, and they went above and beyond! We will stay here again, for sure!

Staff was very welcoming and helpful with suggestions on local restaurants, check in/out was a breeze. Perfect location right in the middle of McAllen next to the medical center. This entire property is spotless, well maintained and recently updated. We stayed in a double queen suite for a hunting trip and the room was large with very comfortable beds. Amenities include a very nice outdoor pool, fancy gym/fitness center, meeting space, large comfortable lobby, breakfast area and great parking. We didn’t have a chance to try the breakfast since it started at 630am and we were already in the dove fields 26 minutes away by that point but I’m sure it was great. The convenience items (snacks and laundry detergent, toiletries) were all competitively priced, and much more affordable than other hotels. I would highly recommend!

Stayed there for 4 nights. Room was dirty. Carpets stained, Chairs had stains. Sheets had stains. Would not stay in this hotel again because of that. Staff was helpful and nice. Pool area would not get cleaned the next day. Towels and chairs thrown everywhere.

The morning breakfast on the weekends doesn't have enough food for all the people. Out of many items and to get a refill takes a very long time. One coffee machine was broke and it took about 20 minutes to get a coffee. No yogurt no fruit no lids and no place to sit. The week days were fine. Staff was friendly and rooms very clean. Good shower pressure and very comfortable beds
