"Rooms arent overcrowded, capsule style beds offer privacy and aren't stuffy like some other layouts. Staff was nice, spoke multiple languages and provided a towel upon arrival. My only complaint would be the condition of the washrooms, but they weren't the worst ive seen by any means."

Remember this place is super cheap for a capital city and that's what you get, cheap reasonable accommodation. Yes the bathroom is separate but private nevertheless. Please don't expect ANY glamour. Yes it could do with a huge makeover."

Emma, the manager, was warm and welcoming. she helped me called the local bank to report the ATM that took my debit card, call the tour to Rila monastery to figure out logistics for me. I decided to stay an extra day to enjoy the city. Thank you again for the wonderful service and location. The hotel is next to a local small farmer market, easy to go to the center via subway and tram. Higy recommend. "
