"The property was very outdated and not clean. Upon booking, we were asked to personally transfer a deposit, which would later be adjusted based on water and electricity usage.
During our stay, we contacted customer service for help locating the water meter, as we were unable to find it. This was never properly resolved, which made it impossible to provide accurate readings.
After check-out, we were informed that the final invoice would be shared and that any remaining deposit would be...

"Einfach nur schrecklich. Das Haus ist heruntergekommen und es gibt keine Heizung. Es muffelt und man fühlt sich hier nicht wohl. An schrecklichen ist, dass man am ender noch eine Rechnung bekommen mit einer Endreinigung. Das Dancenter ist einfach nur sehr schrecklich in der Kommunikation."

"Bedre beliggenhed findes ikke!
Det var en kæmpe positiv overraskelse at køre langs havnepromenaden og opdage at vi skulle bo lige der.
Man skal ikke forvente en luksusbolig, der er ikke køkken (men et lille køleskab), men der er alt hvad man ellers har brug for.
Lejligheden ligger FANTASTISK og indtjekning og kommunikation med ejerne går så nemt.
Næste gang vi skal til Sønderborg skal vi helt sikkert bo her igen. "
