Very handy for the beach and a beach bar next door at Sandy Point beach club. Downside- no wifi in my room which caused me problems with contacting various people or organizations. Also to have the tv remote for the room costs an extra 100 ttd which seems unfair. No entertainment but you can go to the Sandy Point...

The grounds and property were also very well maintained, keep it up. A memorable view of the sunrise/sunset from your room/balcony and also the beach.
