"Travel was during the summer and the air-conditioning was leaking onto the floor, probably the drain pan was clogged. The loft beds had no air-conditioning and relied on a plug-in fan to ventilate the space so it was rather warm. Otherwise room was clean, and receptionist was great at checking us in."

"Small and charming hotel with a lovely staff. Very well located (right of the highway) and within a short distance of the major castles of the Loire. Celine was friendly, attentive and provided us with great advice on what to do and visit. The dining at the hotel restaurant was unique and exquisite. Highly recommend this hotel and we will certainly be back there next time we are in the area."

"J'ai réservé sur Hotel.com le matin même pour le soir. J'ai reçu très rapidement un mail comme quoi c'était prélevé sur mon compte et aux combles quand je suis arrivée, les proprio de l'hôtel était partis pour le week-end nous a t'on annoncé. Donc Hôtel fermé. Personne de joignable bien entendu. C'est une honte. J'espère réussir à le faire rembourser cette arnaque."
