Do not arrive late

Since I knew I would arrive late I called in advance to the hotel. I was told that the reception would call me back before they closed. That never happened and when we arrived at the hotel it was closed and there were no information for us. We had to spend two hours in the middle of night to find a new accommodation

Réservation en ligne et payée mais en arrivant la réceptionniste n'avait ni notre nom, ni notre Réservation. Pas de chambre disponible mais elle a été adorable car on a pu avoir une chambre mais avec une chasse d'eau qui fuit toute la nuit. Elle nous a offert le petit déjeuner. Je la remercie de tout coeur.

Manqué de balisage sur la route pour trouver notre hôtel.. un peu vague . Nous n’étions pas les seuls à chercher et pourtant je suis originaire de vierzon Sinon hôtel parfait à tous points de vue

Dans les chambres, l'odeur était insupportable à cause des produits désinfectants utilisés et dans l'une d'entres elles, une odeur d'égout s'ajoutait à cet air déjà toxique !

Le chauffage est condamné dans les chambres il y a donc un radiateur d appoint t à mettre en route qd vous arrivez. Le problème c’est que qd vous arrivez à 20h30 ben il faut allumer le chauffage car non permanent et il faisait 10 degrés dans la chambre . Le temps de monter à 18 il a fallu 3 heures…..pas de chauffage dans le salle de bain. Filtre ventilation jamais nettoyé et sans de bain pleines de moisissures. Je me demande comment un hôtel *** a encore l autorisation d être ouvert dans cet état
