"It is great that it is a proper motel: you can drive right up to your room unload your car and not go through to many doors or up down stairs. Staff are very help full and many restaurants are 10 min walking distance"

"I had to make a last-minute booking for work and stayed here. I met the owner—his name was Mony (pronounced Moony, I believe). I was late checking in, but he took great care of me. He gave me a tour of the property and let me sit and chat in the bar as he was closing. This bar/hotel is very, very cool. I can’t recommend it enough for people passing through on road trips or bike trips. They have live music regularly and a beautiful patio out back. I will absolutely make a point to come back here on a road trip with my friends and stay the night. Thanks again for your hospitality! Logan "

"It was a super hot day on a motorcycle she gave me a bottle of water right away, so I could cool down then checked in, room was also cooled off :). Restaurants, gas, variety store all within walking & a view of the lake :)"
