"Great, friendly staff. This is a very small, boutique hotel that is centrally located in a 400 year old recently renovated building. I had a couple of problems here.1. arrived at 5:30pm to find the doors locked and no one around. Had to call a local number to gain access. 2. No exterior window in the room. 3.
