"Staff came across quite unwelcoming and the room wasn’t the cleanest. Although we didn’t pay for a balcony, we didn’t expect to be underground with a tiny window. Room was next door to the Breakfast room so lots of noise and disturbance early in the morning. There was construction that we were not aware of that was also very loud. Soundproofing wasn't the best either, needed a room change as was woken up at 7am but a constant banging for above our room. Staff was lovely.
