"Excellent location, right at thr gate of old Mdina. The hotel staff is very friendly amd welcoming. Thr room itself is very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the location is amazing. I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is just 1 minute walk from the bus terminal which can take you all over Malta ( airport, all the ports, valletta an so on) .

Literally only opened 2 weeks ago so not all facilities completely up and running yet in the wellness anrea and with its group classes but won’t be far behind. A great base to explore Malta. "

The staff was wonderful, even prepared us some sandwiches because we had to leave so early and couldn’t join for breakfast. "We had an excellent stay at the hotel! The staff were really helpful and friendly whenever we had questions. Our room was spacious, clean and a really nice balcony too. The pool space was fantastic with lots of sun loungers and a great pool too. Would highly recommend and would happily stay there again!"

"Such a special night at xara palace - I was able to get an upgrade for my room and am so grateful. The room had a beautiful private balcony and hot tub overlooking Malta, which is an experience that I will never forget. Staff were wonderful and accommodating. The pool is a few minutes away in the car - the hotel provide a lovely driver as a when you wish to use this facility.

It is truly a hidden gem in an already romantic setting however the staff the decor, the attention to detail, the food the ambience everything was truly amazing and exceeded our expectations. On a hot July day of sightseeing the pool was the best way to end of our day. We spent a good few hours the next morning chilling by the pool before heading off. Priscilla and Maria and just every single staff member that we encountered were only too happy to ensure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I would highly recommend the hotel and I’m most certainly coming back. The food in the restaurant is to die for. I can highly recommend the prawns and the rack of lamb. I still dreaming about it. Absolutely delicious."
