Stayed at UV just for 1 night as my Husband had a very early hospital appointment. We have stayed before and the standards are excellent in all areas. Breakfast has so much choice. The choice of food around the pool was exceljent too. Will definately stay again.

Definitely the place to stay!

I have a great time here! Great atmosphere, great staff and food! Great amenities! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again! My room was spacious and so clean. Enjoyed the variety of foods at breakfast as it was slightly different each day. Overall just a lovely atmosphere.

Really lovely resort. Clean with huge rooms. Good breakfast buffet. Nice spa with sauna n jacuzzi. A bit out of way tho there is a shuttle service which is free. If you want to go out for a meal or buy stuff in a supermarket it’s a mission. WiFi is super so I got lots of work done, as intended.

Had a great stay here. Lovely hotel with good facilities. Amazing breakfast - glad it waa included in the price of our room. Steam room out of order. Sauna took ages to heat up, but I understand why they wouldn't want to keep it on constantly. However, it would have been good if steam room was working and sauna was turned on at the start of the day because i wanted to use the sauna in the morning and couldnt as it took 1 hr to heat up, and we had plans to go out. Overall, a great stay. Would recommend!

The whole hotel and our room was spotlessly clean, fantastic spa and activities such as archery and tennis. Breakfast has a good range although more hot vegetarian options would be good. We went to the buffet dinner twice - the food was not always warm and was expensive for the quality. Very quiet area but easy to walk to Sliema and nearby areas. Perfect for rest and relaxation. We will be back for sure!! The maintenance and cleaning staff are doing a great job. Thank you!

The staff were extremely helpful. We felt safe in the property and it was quiet and peaceful. Complimentary breakfast was very good. The daily cleaning was good there's still room for improvement, especially with the dusting. I didn't like that guest could smoke in the hotel ground. That put me off having dinner.

Nice accommodation just under 15 minutes away from the airport. Parking available. Staff are great and friendly. The place was fairly clean but could have been better. For example the floors needed mopping as they were very dirty. There are two outdoor pools and it’s a shame they close early (by 6:30pm). The hotel food is decent but there is that much variety. Overall I would stay it was a nice place to stay but there is room for improvement

Lovely place but needs better customer service

Lovely place beds are so comfy , staff on restaurant need to be trained , everytime I asked something to do with menu etc reply was oh I will go find out . Reception needs to be better manned especially when busy . We checked in on a Friday evening it was very busy and only one person on desk .who proceeded to tell anyone what a good job he was doing . While checking us in he kept going off and speaking to other people even on way to our room . He needs to concentrate on people he's dealing with .

Poor service in spa

Very much a case of the good and the bad. On arrival the room wasnt ready at 3pm, so there was a slight delay whilst we sat listening to canned music of elevator style. However, the room was excellent and the beds comfy. The breakfast was a very good quality buffet style breakfast with lots of choices. The problems mainly were in the pool and spa area. Hotel stated that the pool and spa area opened at 9am so we went there after breakfast. We could not get anyone's attention to get keys for the lockers despite a lady being on a personal call on the phone. Eventually she came off the phone, no apologies for ignoring us, just a comment that things dont open until 10am and she therefore cant give us a key for a locker. Signage by the pool even confirmed the opening time was due to be 9am, but this grumpy woman was no use to anyone! So we took our belongings through to the pool area to be safer... The sauna was stone cold when we arrived and on departing at 11am, wasnt much better. The jacuzzi was just luke warm but the steam room was at good temperature. Sadly the spa area showers were out of action so we had to keep going back to the changing rooms to shower off before going back in the pool. Also there was no drinking water supply in the spa area. Could be such a nice little spa area, but management and service sadly lacking. Its an easy 20 minute walk to nearby good restaurants.
