"Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett bequem. Allerdings konnte das Zimmer nicht abgedunkelt werden und direkt vom dem Zimmer ist eine Straßenlaterne, die die ganze Nacht geleuchtet hat. Mobile Key und Check-in am Terminal haben nicht funktioniert, telefonisch hat eine Mitarbeiterin aber sehr schnell geholfen. Für Fahrradfahrer wäre ein Fahrradständer direkt beim Hotel sehr wertvoll. "The whole experience was wonderful. Very clean and very comfortable. The host was friendly and made sure we had everything. There is a kitchenette on each floor and laundry machines on the upper floor. Each room has a mini fridge. (No freezers) The furnishings in the room are well done. The room photos online are legit and reflect how nice it is. There are quiet hours too, so we had a good sleep. "

"If I could give 10 stars for the Aqua hotel, I would. The staff was absolutely fantastic! The young man at the front desk went so far above and beyond in customer service. Even after we checked out of the hotel, we were several miles away and missed our bus to Zurich so we called to ask if he could call us another taxi.
