"best for young travelers who don’t mind being on a slightly noisy street (the rooms also have VERY thin walls, so you hear your neighbors, but that didn’t bother me). incredibly clean and modern. the only thing was the shade in the bathroom didn’t close, so the toilette was viewable from the street, i just hung up a towel to cover it and it worked just fine. overall great stay. felt very safe as a solo female traveler. "Nightmare!!!! Imagine, you drive long hours, naturally tired, rain starts heavier, Swiss cell is 256 kbs, and when you are finally “home” ready to relax there is nobody home!!! That is correct - NOBODY. Door is locked, no lights inside, phone is not dead, you can hear it rings, but nobody answers! Not even an answering machine! Not a joke!!!"

"We didn’t receive any instructions for check in and I contacted Expedia for refund but still waiting for a response. My family and I were waiting and calling the hotels customer service number. They did not pick up the phone. We left and paid extra money for a different hotel. I’m waiting for Expedia to take care of my refund."
