The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, making it very convenient with its close proximity to restaurants and key attractions. I was very tired when I arrived, and even before I had a chance to ask, they informed me that my room was ready and offered me an early check-in, which was absolutely wonderful. The room was spotless, well-organized, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. As a bonus, the breakfast was absolutely delicious and definitely one of the reasons I would love to come back again. The view from my room was beautiful, and the cleanliness and practicality of the shared amenities truly impressed me. Overall, it offers great value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

成田から直行便でチューリッヒ到着、ホテルには8時半ごろ到着。その時間には、ホテルの玄関はロックされていました。確かに、ホテルの情報には、フロントデスクの営業は、8時までで、ロックボックス？の情報はメールで送るとの説明はありました。そのメールは15時に送信されていましたが、その時点で、私のスマホは機能していませんでしたので、非常に当惑しました。他の旅客の助けでロビーに入り、フロントの緊急連絡の電話でなんとか部屋に入ることができました。チェックインは数日前にメールで済ませてありましたが、このような事態は想定外でした。

This is (by Zurich standards) a 'budget option'. Clean, everything is working, super central location and very friendly and helpful staff. Don't expect luxury - the breakfast options are very limited, there is no TV, radio etc. but a coffee machine in the lobby and good WiFi. Besides the very sparse breakfast options I found the elevator a bit limiting: the hotel has seven floors but only one small elevator. But overall a great place, I would always go there again.

Wish I knew her name but receptionist tall blonde lady was so kind, friendly, and helpful. We arrived in Zürich early morning with red-eye flight. Our check was at 3pm and she was able to get us in 1pm. We were able to get few hours of sleep before heading out to see the town. Thank you!

Es hat eine Selbstbedienungsbar in der Lobby mit Kaffee/Tee und Wasser, super kann man sich selbst bedienen und auf das Zimmer nehmen. Das Rezeptionpersonal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer zweckdienlich, wir waren zu 3 und schön gross. Hatte alles was es braucht! Das Frühstück klein aber fein, frisches Brot, Gurken, Tomaten, Eier, Käse und Müesli. Für ein 2 Sterne Hotel war es super! Preis Leistung stimmt für uns sehr!
