"This is always a good hotel to stay at most times. This time around not so much. Apparently they had a change in staff and the person who was suppose to be checking me in, was on a smoke break so I stood there 10-15 minute waiting with no one else around at like 9pm! Just a bit disappointed! "

"Our entire experience was phenomenal. We checked in after a long day of driving and Jake was kind, open and so helpful. Our room was awesome, clean and modern and the beds were really comfortable. The best part was the pool! My 5 and 2 YO sons LOVED the pool- it was perfect for them and us and is open from 7 am until 11 pm, which as a parent having the pool open early is so great !
