"althoght there is no elevator, the manager carried my luggage to the floor of our room. This is a budget hotel, but perfectly fine for an overnight after returning from canal du midi. "The room was very clean and showed no signs of wear and tear. The room also included an actual air conditioning unit, which seems surprisingly rare for hotels in this price range. Had everything you need from a hotel for short stays. Staff was also helpful and very friendly. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. "

"It was very difficult and confusing to figure out how to get into the building. Although I had already paid through Expedia, I had to pay again. And there is a computer monitor that asks your name and reseveration number. The hotel's reseveration number and Expedia's reservation number are different and I was using Expedia's reservation number. At the end of a long day, you don't want to waste 30 minutes trying to figure out how to get in. "
