"Good value. Safe, decently quiet (could hear the TV quietly next door for a short while), beds were comfortable, and it smelled fine. Coffee maker, fridge. Pet charge $20 per dog. Big stains on the rug, bent window screen, could use more electrical outlets. Second bedside lamp switch was broken and had tape over it. Staff at check in was a bit irritable when we used a different card to check in, and when we told her we have a dog after she had already booked us into a no pet room. I...

We were tired, grumpy, and all around in pretty sour moods, but that turned around completely when we got to this place. The owner was so, so kind and welcoming and the facilities were perfect. They were clean, comfortable, and very inviting. We only stayed one night, but would definitely come back and stay here again."
