"WARNING! This hotel did not honor the hotels.com price. We were charged extra for breakfast even though the hotel explicitly listed free breakfast as an included item. Also, there was no free parking even though the hotel listed this as an included item; we had to park on the street. The hotel manager was very rude to us and quite upset my wife.
