"The hotel and our room were clean, but they had been sold out the night before and they were behind in cleaning the rooms. The front desk guy walked the entire first floor to find us a ready room, and he did. This hotel needs some TLC though, looking real run down in certain areas. But clean, that’s all I care about. There is a problem with homeless people in the area, so I’m always on alert when walking my dog, especially in the dark. "

"The bed was super comfy, the shower had great water pressure as well. The curtains give the room a nice ambience and pop of color while giving privacy. The microwave and fridge were super nice and convenient. I loved the options for food around the area that the hotel gives answering any questions. What a perfect way to end a trip to Mount Shasta. "The property is recently renovated as it used to be a Ramada Inn. The elevator needs to be upgraded and our room had some road noise (our room faced Interstate 5). The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, my wife and I were pleased with our stay and would stay there again."

"The room has everything we needed, minus a hairdryer. Checking in late was easy. The 2nd floor walkway was very creaky and felt unsafe. Since it’s a commuter hotel people were coming and going at all hours and it was very noisy."
