We were blessed with upstairs neighbors with little kids, who kept running around the room. We could hear every footstep. Luckily the kids feel asleep, noise went down, and we were able to sleep too. "The floor was filthy and used soaps were left in the shower. The complex is under a tear out refurbish and old and broken furnishings were everywhere. The pool was green and stagnant. It was closed, but should have been drained. Quite the eyesore."
