The staff were helpful, but for some reason my online booking was not received and so it was lucky they had space and I had to get cash to pay. The hotel could be heading in the right direction, but needs more attention to the detail they have in the bedroom to other aspects of the facilities"

"This property security gate person would not open the gate and the security staff says no one told him we were coming so he wouldn't let us in. He only spoke to us through the cracks on the hinges of the gate. He said he had no phone number for the manager, and that the receptionist had left for the day. We had to find alternative accommodation elsewhere. "

"I booked one night, 1 double room, 1 single room and paid through Expedia for Lake Naivasha Resort. When I arrived they said I had booked 2 single rooms and no meals so they charged me for what they said was the difference. When I saw the receipt I questioned it and said I need a refund! I had booked correctly and I had my paid receipt from Expedia. In the end I would have only owed for our meals. The difference between what they charged me and the cost of the meals should be refunded to me!...
