"Friendly and quiet"

"Have stayed here several times and have been very satisfied. This time housekeeping let us down. We stayed two nights, left a $10 tip for housekeeping after the first night. They took the money, emptied the trash and left. No replacement towels, beds were not made, no refill on the coffee service in the room, counters were not cleaned, just took the tip and left."

Also for safety purposes, I would like to have seen the side entrances only available to card holders for entry and also ground floor windows locked. We found out ours was unlocked as we were checking out. "
