If booking through Expedia be prepared to be told that you’re gonna get whatever room they want to give you. I booked two jetted tub rooms, but had made a request that I preferred the top floor with connecting rooms if possible. I was told the manager reached out to me to tell me that the jet tubs were not upstairs, but that they would accommodate us up there with double queen rooms. I never got that message because I would’ve said no then put us downstairs with the jetted tubs and after we had that discussion in person when I was checking in the girl got very combative with me and then proceeded to tell me that well since you booked through Expedia that’s not the right rate so no you cannot have the jetted tub rooms. It was all very frustrating and we will never stay there again! The rest of the staff we encountered were nice and helpful and the pool was nice but again the girl at check in ruined the vibe from the beginning!
