The location is fantastic in terms of when you arrive and depart from Sukhothai via bus - it’s right next to the bus station! About 15 min ride to Historical Park / Old Sukhothai, so keep this in mind in terms of transport costs. Couple good cheap food stalls right nearby, same with snacks/drinks/sundries. "Stayed in their dorm for 3 nights. Bed was super comfortable. Housekeeping was provided daily. Staff was very attentive. Pool was great during those blistering hot hours of the day. Must try the lychee lemonade at their restaurant! So good! Property was about a 15-18 minute walk from Sukhothai Historical Park and the bus stop is approximately a 10 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again."

"It's not a guesthouse, it's a property with a garden (which they use as a reception) and a couple of rooms. Bed is not comfortable, it's hard as a wood table with a linen on it. It's not clean."

Felt like a building site which wasn’t finished for opening to the public. Deserted- no one else staying there but they didn’t offer me another room. Not enough light in the rooms. Didn’t clean bins in my room or the shared bathroom. This led to ants."
