"Paid for and had confirmation of reservation for property on Miami Beach. Arrived in Miami still waiting on check-in information from host, but was not able to communicate with the host in any way. Very thankful VRBO customer service was able to help and correct the huge problem of not having a place to stay for 5 nights. "We had reserved in Casablanca on the ocean and then were informed that we were not in that hotel but in an annex inland with no beach front , no sea view, no gym, no restaurant or dining area of any kind. The TV did not work and there was hardly any light in the room. A maintenance guy came right away with one more lamps and got the TV working, so that was nice. There was a stiff per night amenities fee, but NO AMENITIES! When we asked if we could leave our bags for 30 minutes at the desk while...
