"Paid for and had confirmation of reservation for property on Miami Beach. Arrived in Miami still waiting on check-in information from host, but was not able to communicate with the host in any way. Very thankful VRBO customer service was able to help and correct the huge problem of not having a place to stay for 5 nights. I hope that this property posting, and any other properties that this host may have is removed before anyone else has to deal with such a stressful situation.Thanks again to...

"We had reserved in Casablanca on the ocean and then were informed that we were not in that hotel but in an annex inland with no beach front , no sea view, no gym, no restaurant or dining area of any kind. The TV did not work and there was hardly any light in the room. A maintenance guy came right away with one more lamps and got the TV working, so that was nice. There was a stiff per night amenities fee, but NO AMENITIES! When we asked if we could leave our bags for 30 minutes at the desk while...

"We enjoyed our stay a little north of south beach. the unit was perfect for a couples getaway. Quiet & comfortable with easy access to local restaurants and bars. Pool and beach area we busy but not too crowded or too crazy. Very responsive owner and made the trip very easy. We definitely will be back."
