Good if modest place to stay at in Miami Beach. Best to have a car, as eateries and other things are not close by. But the beach is a short walk.

The hotel is an older building but the room was nice and it was a good value. Great walk to the beach, across the street and through a park to gain beach access. The main complaint is street noise which will be a problem for any offering in this area. I liked the kitchenette and the large walk in closet.

Excellent value. Far from perfection but what it lacks because of age it more than makes up for with free Parking, location quick walk to beach, heated pool, good internet and maintained. We stayed for 5 days in 2 rooms. The larger 2 bedroom apartment in north building is nice but noise from road is heard clearly in the living room and kitchen, no problems in the bedrooms.

We had an apartment style room with two bedrooms in the building beside the main building. The space was great, with lots of room for our family of 5. It was a little tired in spots but comfortable. Some of the three beds were more comfortable than others, but all were decent. There was definitely road noise, but the bedrooms were somewhat isolated from it. The pool area was great and the location is right across from the beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available to borrow. Staff were friendly and helpful. The free parking was a wonderful addition! We would recommend!

I would give this hotel 5 stars. It fit my needs for my time in town. I appreciated the kitchen space and it was a nice sized room. I loved how close it was to the beach. My daughter and I walked there. There’s free parking but it can be hard to find a space when there’s a lot of guests staying there. The hotel is close to Sunny Isles Beach and Bal Harbour. The staff were friendly. The outdoor pool space was a nice addition to our stay. The room was clean and ready for us when we arrived, although I would recommend that they get the carpet cleaned. Overall, I enjoyed and appreciated my stay at Beach Place Hotel. They also let you borrow towels, umbrellas, and I believe chairs for the beach!

Staff is courteous. The bed in the deluxe king room was amazingly comfortable. Self parking with no charge is a plus on the beach. There was a loud conversation going on in the hallway about 3am though. Chairs for the beach are a plus. Short walk to the beach through the park.

While the staff was nice and welcoming, the building and room were dated, nothing like the pictures. The good: Location, parking, heated pool. Rooms with carpet can never be cleaned properly, bathroom exhaust didn't work, bathroom tub was partially clogged, rust all over the small fridge in the room.
