The hotel was okay overall. The room was clean and the location was convenient, which made the stay manageable. However, when I arrived, there was no one at the front desk and it took about 15 minutes for reception to come out and assist me. Once helped, the staff was polite, and the rest of the stay was fine. With a bit more attentiveness at the front desk, the experience would have been better.

Positive: The manager was really friendly, he was definately the hotel’s highest point. Beds are nice and pillows were great! Negative: The room wasn’t that clean when I checked in. Wifi connection was basically non- existant. That is something they really have to work on.

Everything was okay over the weekend. The hallway was clean. There was a strong pine smell, though. I don't know if it was the new-looking flooring. I didn't like that there was no breakfast, and the very bright rooms at night needed curtains.

It was ok the rooms were decent, I reserved the hotel with 2 queen beds when I got there they looked like 2 full beds they were not Queen.The elevator did not sound or feel safe. It smelled like pine sol and cigarettes lol but other than that the room was decent clean so was the bathroom . Ac was good. Staff was nice.

The room was exceptionally clean !! The room price was good. The a/c worked great. Had to go down to desk for tp or a new towel. Pizza delivery was not allowed upstairs to deliver.

Overall good

Really nice for longer term stay loved that they have a mini kitchen that helps a lot and the girls at the front desk were so amazing so helpful and kind. I loved that they had a laundry room. But the only thing they were missing is a 24hr convenience store and breakfast spot. It is annoying to have to go to Walmart when you need something urgent or ordering from DoorDash it takes a while when your on a time crunch.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Clean room however, it only had one chair so the other person always had to sit on the bed. Because it was along side the Florida turnpike, you could hear the traffic some.

Ok for the rate. One night I was charged 259.00 ! Stayed here before and was NEVER charged that much for one night. It is quiet and convenient to Highway going and coming to Airport.

We were given our room before check-in time, which was fine, but the sheets hadn't been changed and the floor hadn't been cleaned. It was quite dirty. The staff was very cooperative and friendly. I think they should improve the cleanliness.

Comfort and service are delightful

My say was a little bit hectic in the beginning but absolutely wonderfully me and you have an amazing set of Staff who not only helped you with anything that you needed but also was great conversation for the rough time that me and my family are going through with the passing of my dad if ever I'm in the area would Springs is where I will stay. We checked in around 9 PM on a Friday night, and the staff at check-in were very friendly and helpful—really made us feel welcome. However, the experience changed on Saturday morning when the staff switched. One of the workers was loud and came off a bit rude, which took away from the overall experience. The room itself was just okay. The sheets didn’t seem very clean—there was hair on the bed, which was off-putting. No breakfast was offered, but they did provide free coffee, which was a nice touch. The biggest plus was the location—very convenient, close to shopping and great dining spots. Overall, I’d give it a 3 out of 5. I might stay here again in a pinch, but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

The young man at the front desk was very helpful, very respectful and had great customer service. Everything outside of that, was terrible. The room that I stayed in was very dirty and I just did not feel safe. I had to get at least a couple hours of sleep so I had to take what I could get being that I was in town for a wedding. There was a disturbing noise that went on the entire night, and I nearly had to sleep with one eye open. Initially, when I checked in, I received a room key and there was already someone in the room, so it just wasn’t the best experience. Unfortunately, I just wouldn’t rebook with this particular location.

The bed and bathroom were clean. The rest of the room and the hotel were beat up, outdated and in need of repair. The bathroom door had a hole in it and the TV screen had a line going down the middle of every channel. There is no hairdryer. There was no remote control, no working telephone to contact the front desk. There is a no smoking policy, but it clearly smells like pot. Exterior trash cans were over flowing. This is not a convenient stop for travelers--- It seemed like This was a place where people live. I'm glad I had only prepaid for one night.
