"Lovely owners. Nice having am area for tea, coffee & breakfast. Bed was mattress on pallets sloping to the side. So found myself headed downhill to the other side of the bed in the night!"
"Fab place, no cars and feels really special with gorgeous grounds and lots of space. The pod was clean, bed and bedsheets clean and crisp. Enough pots, plates, cutlery etc to manage and spacious. Toilet/shower was clean with good water pressure. We had a really lovely stay and would highly recommend. 2 adults and 2 tweens, they slept on fishermen padded camp beds."
"on arrival, the property stunk and had bad odour of mice or rats but we did not see any, we found nail clipping on the floor and looked not well cleaned.
On the first evening, people arrived at the property and showed us that they also booked the same property and questioned our booking, was awkward and embarcing to my wife and kids.
Day 3 while we sat eating we found mice running in the middle of the reception.
we left the next morning, one day early.
Total miss selling."

Great location, clean, very comfortable, quiet, on site car parking, helpful on site host (apparently dog friendly too).
Tiny negatives:
You quite rightly could argue that no-one should need to watch the TV in a place like Watergate Bay, but the TV reception was poor (maybe it was intentional!).
Car parking spaces are a bit tight.
Maybe needs a new shower at some point in the future.
Otherwise all good and would stay again/recommend to others."
