On arrival, no basic amenities were provided (no toilet paper, towels, soap, or drinking water). Communication with staff was extremely difficult despite English being advertised. The room was filthy: dirty and stained bed linen and towels (I had to use my own), dust everywhere, ants on the walls, and a bathroom that clearly hadn’t been cleaned for a long time—dirt visibly...
