I preferred this hotel because of the name " Gokulam Gopalan" who is a well known business man in Kerala.As far as property is concerned, it's quiet beautiful. But I was really disappointed with the attitude & behaviour of staff, especially the front office staff. They are not trained enough to be courteous & pleasant towards the guests.
