"The carpet in the hall is blue but so threadbare it is white before each door. The windows you can barely see out of they are so dirty. The wallpaper is falling off the wall with many dings and dents in the walls, lampshades. 5 pillows and one was yellowish. A huge rip in my curtains. rips on the chair at the desk. Hard to believe this place is 170 a night. Very disappointed to stay here."

"This Motel 6 was a clean decent room for the night. Not the Ritz but a convenient decently priced place to lay our heads. The staff was nice. Let me have a late checkout even though we didn’t end up needing it. I would stay here again."

"It is conveniently located very close to downtown area of the city. Room was clean and service friendly."

"The motel was exactly what I needed; a bed and a bathroom and I didn't have to pay the crazy prices the surrounding hotels were due to local college graduations and move-out."

"It’s hard to find a good hotel in a smaller town sometimes but Fred’s inn was great. Clean, easy check in, and they serve food till 9pm if you need it. The stay was perfect and the price reasonable. If I had to go back to that town I would stay there again"

"A lovely spot by Colgate and next to a reservoir! Saw loons and other wildlife. Had some issues with the cleanliness of the place upon arrival and had to go get some supplies that were not available. With some care and attention, this will be a lovely weekend getaway."

"This motel is convenient to downtown. Room AC unit is loud, tough to sleep through, even at a low fan speed setting."

"We loved the location and the condo was a perfect size for us. The openness of the living space was especially nice. I could see evidence of the previous renters, but it was easy to find cleaning products. We would definitely consider renting this unit again."
