"Got the room in the annex / back building, right beside the lift. The rooms are not soundproof, so you can hear the lift operating, neighbours closing/slamming doors, and the floor above me creaks when the neighbours above are walking about. But otherwise a very lovely stay. "

"The communication was very good once we were at the accommodation. The rooms were efficient and very much met our needs. The room was as presented on the website. "I had a wonderful stay at this hotel despite it being somewhat modest, lacking a proper lobby. However, the reception from and care by India, the property manager was exceptional. I was traveling alone and India made sure all was well with me and that I made myself familiar with everything. For a modest hotel in a pricey area this was truly comfortable and hospitable! "We had a great time at the Hotel Les Lacs. The staff was superb and kind always in our requests. The room is simple, but comfortable and most important “warm”. The shower was deliciously hot. It’s really worth to take the breakfast, again simple but effective. Our room has a beautiful view to the Glacier, we never closed our curtains, during the night when we wake up, we just looked out to the Glacier reflecting the moon light, magical."

"Hotel was absolutely cozy. Super close to the lift. Wish I had known the location better to ski there! Staff was amazing, and helped track down an item I left. Beautiful building and location. Super close to the fun FU bar. You can also easily walk to the mountain for some trails. Only downside is the doors lock at a specific time. That was fine as I was jet lag. Def recommend this location! Breakfast had a lot of options if you chose it. "
