"It was a comfy room, tired furniture but functional. No remote for the TV but press the tv buttons and it worked all channels on, suppose it stops you being lazy lying in bed zapping. Shower works fine and plenty of on site parking. "

"Decor in need of a bit of an update. Stairwell really creaky underfoot. After going south to go north one day, I discovered that wasn’t necessary because of the exit behind the food court I discovered on a walk the next day. Wish I’d been told about it. "

"The pub downstairs looks a bit rough but do not be put off as the rooms upstairs are first class. Convenient location for the NEC with several places nearby for evening meals. The staff were very helpful and this is the 4th time I have stopped here so it must be OK"

"Before staying at this hotel I had read about how they had done work to improve it and effectively this was clear in the rooms. They were clean and the bathroom was in a new condition. The staff were extremely efficient and helpful. However there are a couple of areas that could still use improvement. The mattress was thin and thus hard as I was you feel the support underneath. As we're the pillows. So not the best night's sleep. Also, as it is a motel type of hotel, the outside light...

"The property did provide limited car parking which was useful. Maybe next time though I should read the entry better as this isnt a Bed and Breakfast (B&B as stated clearly in the title). They no longer provide breakfasts which was slightly inconvenient especially as there was no kettle in the room. "

"Hotel stay before an early flight the next morning. Staff were so friendly and helpful, offering us a heater when we asked for an extra blanket. Bottled water in room on arrival. Room was quite spacious for 3 of us, bathroom small but clean and perfectly fine. So close to the airport and could leave car there for £6 a day. Taxi was £5.50 to airport so much cheaper than paying for airport parking. Would stay again pre flight."

"We booked the Paddocks which had a self contained very well equipped kitchen in an enclosed courtyard It provided a very comfortable overnight stay. We couldnt fault it. We arrived early as we had booked Sunday lunch at the George which was excellant and Wayne allowed us to leave our car there. Wayne was very friendly and not intrusive at all. We appreciated the little extras left at no extra expense and I found other peoples comments a little ungrateful. Kilsby is a very pretty village and...
