"Horrid customer service, bare minimum ammenities, no breakfast as advertised, ant infestation, 80s rooms, with a decent bed, all around a true 1 star hotel would not recommend "

"We had booked the room , and payed in advance.But there was a 24 hours strike in Italy, so we could not go by train from Rome to Milan . I asked to change the reservation to the next day , but they just ignored my request . So we played for nothing."
