Staff was excellent and accommodations were clean. Undergoing renovations - will be quite nice when renovations are complete. I would definitely stay there again. Great location to train station and lots of cafes to eat in the area.

My daughter and I booked this hotel for two days stay for a mother daughter trip. The location is excellent to central Milan station, walking distance, mini boutiques, and restaurants! Would give it a Four store, but still under construction and not many amenities, but would definitely stay here again. We both enjoyed our stay.

Super convenient location 5 mins walk from tram no 1 in one direction and Central station in the other. Quiet and safe streets. Our room was in another building nearby and well appointed. Really quiet and good air conditioning which really mattered as we arrived in a heatwave. Very comfortable bed. Recommend the restaurant called tram tram for original and tasy food.

The receptionists's were friendly, polite, helpful and efficient. The hotel was within easy walking distance of Milano Centrale Station and close to tram lines. Hotel and room were clean. We had an ensuite. Lift to rooms. Ample storage space in the wardrobe. Complimentary showergel and shampoo. Hairdryer in the bathroom. Luggage storage to leave our bags on our final day so we could sight see without it. Restaurants nearby. Milan Cathedral about 30 minute walk. Trams and metro nearby can be used to get around. We would stay again.

The hotel was acceptable and the staff were helpful and professional. The hallways are a little confusing due to the layout of the hotel. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay, close to dining, cafes, and transportation. Just a few minutes from Milan Central.

Fantastic

We had a great time at the hotel, the room was very clean,fresh towels every day, room made up daily. The staff are very friendly and helpful, checking in and out so easy. We skipped the breakfast option but had coffee from bar, normal prices1.5- 2.5 €. In one word the hotel was --- FANTASTIC! We would definitely book again
